Great Stay for Families

I appreciated the different pool choices. There were many to select from. The location was perfect, with the beach just a few steps away, though the parking was expensive. The breakfast had a very delectable spread. It had many options. I liked the family room, it was two rooms which gave my family of four enough space.
I did notice the rooms showed some wear. Some updates would be a bonus!

There are multiple pools, some even have waterslides, ensuring kids are entertained. The pools are well-kept and clean. Several children activities near the pools added to the family-friendly atmosphere.

The breakfast is ample. It provides sufficient variety to start the day. Complimentary meals for children occur when adults order at the restaurants, both inside the resort and at Fino's near the beach. These perks offer great convenience for families.

the air conditioning was not adequate. it had some maintenance issue. the noise from other guests above my room was loud. i seemed like the ceiling was going to collapse.

The pools were amazing and the kids loved the water slides. The hotel arranged a taxi to the airport quickly. It was a good price. A welcome fruit basket was a nice touch!
The kids club seemed geared toward specific nationalities, a bit of a letdown.

The Family Suite featured spacious rooms. The rooms included a sitting area. It was outside, the room also has two private sunbeds by the pool. The kitchenette had a kettle, a microwave, and a large refrigerator.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The resort was nice and clean, that makes a perfect impression. Hotel staff welcomed us with big smiles and were ready to help. The housekeeping staff sprayed ant spray on request.

The breakfast had good choices, though some changes could improve it. The restaurant food for lunch and dinner tasted delicious. There were many options at the breakfast buffet. The hotel's Fino Restaurant has a special menu for small children.

the pools are great. there are many options. breakfast provides wide selection. the hotel's location allows short walks to shops and stalls.
the resistance machines were not functional in the gym and the water dispenser was empty. air conditioning had a leak inside my room constantly. the tourist desk was often unattended. these issues impacted my experience.
